Accounts / Inventory Officer Full-time Job

Required Skills

• If you have a B.com or a similar area
• Two to three years of work experience in retail
• Skill with Microsoft Office, especially with Word and Excel
• Pays close attention to details and can keep correct records by organizing them
• Retail accounting software used in Pakistan, like Zavia Tech Software, should be possible.
• Strong speaking skills and the ability to work with people from different departments. 
• Being able to work under pressure and meet goals

 

Keeping track of and filing bills (sales and purchases)
Every day, enter data for payments and receipts (software and paper)
Stock goods are kept every day (software and manual).
Updating and keeping track of procedure documents
Reconciliation of Banks
Putting together records and ledgers for sales and purchases
Putting together monthly sales tax bills
