• Plan and organize the details of new job instructions, including timetables, tools, and to-do lists for all tasks that need to be done.
• Helped employees with HR issues like pay, perks, awards and recognition, leave, misbehavior, and how to solve problems.
• Keep HR records and employee files up to date according to rules and regulations and provide charts and slideshows explaining organizational changes.
• Work closely with payroll and other areas, but be careful not to reveal private information.
