Senior Financial Analyst Full-time Job

Analysis of the financial viability:

• Do thorough reviews of the financial viability of new projects and business possibilities.
• Use cost-benefit analysis, return on investment (ROI), and break-even analysis to determine whether the business will be profitable.
• Make viability studies and show them to top management, highlighting the most important results and suggestions.

Valuing a business:

• To determine a business's worth, different approaches are used, such as Discounted Cash Flow (DCF), Comparable Company Analysis, and Precedent Transactions.
• Created and kept up-to-date complicated financial models to help with value research.
• Make assessment papers and show peers what you've found.

 Studying and researching the market:

• Research the market to get information that can be used for viability studies and assessments.
• Look at market conditions, business trends, and the competition to help you make financial decisions.
• Stay up to date on changes in banking laws and the market.

 Working together and talking:

• Collaborate closely with teams from different departments, such as management, business development, and strategy, to get the needed information and ideas.
• Explain challenging financial ideas and value results to people, not in economics.
• Help and guide the team's young analysts by being a coach.

 Reporting and keeping records:

• Make thorough reports, slideshows, and other materials to help with financial potential and value.
• Ensure all financial records and studies are correct, consistent, and understandable.
• Keep your notes and paperwork to use them in the future and for audits.

 Required skills:

• A bachelor's degree in economics, finance, accounting, or a related field is required. An advanced degree (MBA, CFA) is recommended.
• At least eight to ten years of experience with financial research, feasibility studies, and valuing businesses.
• Very good at using financial modeling and assessment methods.
• Very good at analyzing, fixing problems, and making choices.
• Strong written and spoken communication skills and the ability to make complicated financial knowledge easy to understand.
• Very good at using Microsoft Excel and tools for financial research.
• It is knowing the rules and best practices for the banking field.
